You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Free from any stains, odors, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

2. Enter Your Details: Enter your Order ID and the email address used for the purchase.
3. Select Your Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and state the reason. For exchanges, please select the new size you require.
4. Ship It Back: We will arrange for a reverse pickup from your address. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Refunds & Store Credit:

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
• Exchanges: The new size/item will be dispatched as soon as we receive the original item.
• Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale period are typically only eligible for an exchange or store credit, not a refund. Please check the specific sale terms and conditions.
